School should contact the supply service number below as soon as they are aware of a supply vacancy.
The supply service consultant will request the following booking details:

• School name and contact details
• Key stage/subject area to be covered
• Start date and time
• Length of assignment
• Preferred supply teacher name if known
• Whether general cover is acceptable on short term booking

Once the full booking details have been given the consultant will contact the available supply teacher with school details. Available teacher details will then be passed onto the school contact.

FOR SAME DAY/NEXT DAY SUPPLY COVER REQUEST
St Cuthbert’s consultant will confirm teacher availability to school contact within 15 minutes.

FOR ADVANCE SUPPLY COVER REQUEST
St Cuthbert’s consultant will confirm teacher availability to school contact within 24 hours.

Out of hours supply service
The supply service has an out of hours support team that will assist schools in taking supply bookings and other supply service issues, the team will liaise directly with the supply consultants. Supply teachers are also able to use the out of hours service.

Schools will also be able to email supply requirements to the partnership office and these will be ACTIONED upon receipt or at 7.00am if the request is made out of hours.
